When your mind won't switch off...

For some people, it begins the moment they wake up...

Before their feet have even touched the floor, their mind is already racing.

Thoughts spiral, worries grow, and it can feel almost impossible to find any peace.

For others, the anxiety seems to appear out of nowhere. They can't always explain where it's coming from. They just know they feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or exhausted by the effort of holding everything together.

Sometimes there is a clear reason.

Sometimes there isn't.

Either way, the way you feel makes sense.

Together, we'll gently explore what's happening beneath the surface—

not only to understand your anxiety, but to understand you.

Anxiety doesn't only live in our thoughts...

Anxiety can show up in the body too — a tight chest, racing heart, restless energy, a knot in your stomach, difficulty switching off, or simply a sense that you're never quite able to settle.

Sometimes the body is responding before the mind has even worked out why.

This is where somatic therapy can be helpful.

Rather than only talking about anxiety, we can gently notice what's happening in your nervous system and work with the body as well as the mind

— always at a pace that feels right for you.

As your experiences begin to make more sense...

Many people find they feel calmer, clearer and less controlled by their thoughts.

They begin to experience something they may not have felt for a long time:

• A little more space

A quieter mind.

• The freedom to enjoy life again,

rather than simply getting through it.

Change doesn't happen overnight, but it can begin with understanding.

And together, we'll make sense of it.

Wherever you're starting, we'll begin there...

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.

You simply need somewhere safe to begin.

Sometimes, coming home to yourself starts with a single conversation.
