Working Together
Change unfolds gently.
Therapy isn't something that's done to you. It's something we create together.
It happens through understanding, not pressure.
We'll explore not only what you're experiencing, but why it makes sense.
As your experiences begin to make sense, they often begin to feel less overwhelming. From there, change becomes possible.

We begin with understanding.
Meaningful change rarely happens overnight.
It grows through...
Curiosity
Compassion
Understanding
Feeling safe enough to experience something different.
We work with mind and body.
Understanding ourselves is important.
But understanding alone doesn't always create change.
Alongside psychotherapy, I also integrate somatic therapy. Together, we'll explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also your nervous system and what your body may be holding onto.

As your nervous system begins to feel safer, many people notice they feel calmer, more connected to themselves, and better able to respond rather than react. For some, this also eases physical tension held in the body.

Every journey is different.
Sessions last around 60 minutes and are available online or in person from my practice in Standish, Wigan, U.K.
Every person arrives with a different story. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
There isn't pressure to know where to begin.

We'll simply begin with where you are.
Overtime, you might begin to notice...
As therapy unfolds, many people begin to:
• understand themselves with greater compassion
• feel calmer in mind and body
• trust themselves more deeply
• experience healthier, more secure relationships
• communicate with greater confidence
• respond with more choice and less reactivity
Not because they've become somebody different.

But because they've reconnected with the person they've always been beneath years of self-protection and survival.
